Restoration of a preserved building at Thisio and its transformation into a restaurant

At the area of Psyri, two 2-storey listed buildings, old blacksmith shops, were entirely reconfigured internally according to the new function of the space, while the exterior was preserved. The interior construction interventions were made with a steel structure. The opening on the first floor unites the space. The interior space comes in contrast to the loud commercial surroundings of the area, offering a light sensation through the dimensions and the materials used. Many elements were entirely designed for this space, with naturalistic influences, for example the grating, the lights, tables and other objects.
