Summer house in Lolantonis beach on the Island of Paros

A 2-storey summer house on the island of Paros was developed for the owners and their guests, with view of Lolantonis beach to the southeast. The house exterior preserves the traditional characteristics of Paros, whereas its interior space follows a more liberal arrangement. The house consists of three levels. The ground floor is a composite single space combining a living room and a dining room, which extends out into the covered outdoor area. The loft above the kitchen forms an office with a view over the living room. The first floor is more isolated and contains the bedroom and, at a lower level, the guest room. The courtyards and the verandas were designed to exploit the view and avoid the north wind.
